Lighting – The highest quality Outdoor Lighting products bring your Landscape to life at night! Most people invest into their landscape project but only are able to admire it 12 hours a day, but now you can 24 hours a day.

The Project Start-up:

  1. Initial Consultation: Meet with a team member and discuss your wish list!
  2. Design & Proposal: A team member will come to your home and gather measurements. A design will then be created based upon the wish list discussed in the initial consultation. A second meeting will be needed to present this Design and Proposal.
  3. Revisions/Final Touches: To ensure there is 100 % satisfaction with the Design before the start of the Project.
  4. Material Selection + Contract Signing: Product list will be reviewed as well as signing the Final Contract before start date is confirmed.
  5. Construction: The design on paper will come to life!

Patio Installation Process:

  1. Spray out: The Foreman will examine the Final Design created for the project, and spray out all areas that will need to be excavated.
  2. Excavation (area where the work will be commenced): To be dug out to the proper height allowing a sufficient amount of granular aggregate or concrete in order to create a strong base.
  3. Base Preparation and Compaction:
6”- 9” of 3/4 Crusher is delivered then spread out to its proper grade. At this time, it will then be compacted with heavy duty compactors to ensure zero settlement. If a concrete base is needed: The area that will need concrete will be formed, then a few inches of clear gravel will be spread out to create a bottom layer. To the complete that process, wire mesh is then installed before pouring to ensure the concrete has a strong hold. The Base is one of the most important components to every project!
  4. Grading: High performance bedding (HPB) is the grading material used before the interlock is installed. It is a “ self tamped” screening that never settles! Sand will be used over a concrete base for interlock applications. Mortar is used for flagstone stone application.
  5. Cutting: All stone cuts are completed using concrete saws (this may not pertain to a small selection of products)
  6. Brick Restraint: Once the patio is fully laid and cut in, plastic or aluminum edging is installed on all the outer perimeters of the patio to lock in to ensure zero shifting or movement.
  7. Polymeric sand: Sanding the patio is the Final step! Polymeric sand is used to fill the joints between the interlock pavers. This Product is a fine sand combined with additives usually silica that when mixed with water it forms a binding agent. After the Polymeric Sand is installed, the patio will then be hosed down to wash off any excess sand. This will also, activate the sand to begin the hardening process.
